Every parent is welcome to use this room to find resources to help their Child. The room will be open every day school is in session and will stay open after school. There is a corner of the room that has toys and books for siblings to play with while parents can search for activities to sign out. What kinds of activities are in the room?

Math activities: money, time, addition, subtraction, domino math, dice games, etc.

Language Arts Activities: Sight words, phonics, story elements, reading for meaning, decoding words, ABC activities, etc.

Speech: Information and activities will be available.

Community Information: What is going on in our School, Dennis Township and Cape May County.

Computer: We will have a computer in the room with educational websites on it.

Leveled Books: There are a lot of leveled books in the room you can sign out.

You can work in the room with your child or you can sign out the activities or books to use at home. If you need help ask your son or daughter's teacher to recommend an activity from the Community Resource Room to sign out. Or better yet, ask for a conference in the Community Resource Room so they can point out resources that will benefit your child the most. The Community Resource Room has just opened. We will be adding activities throughout the year. Keep coming back to check out all the new and exciting things happening in the room!
